Am I Eligible?

In order to be eligible for a mortgage through HARP 2.0, your mortgage must be currently held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, and must have been issued on or before May 31^st of 2009.

To find out if you are eligible, look up your loan in the Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac website databases. If your loan appears in either one of those databases, check your loan documents to make sure that your loan was secured on or before May 31st, 2009.
